The stator adopts a press-fit structure, and the stator winding adopts F-grade insulation material by inter-turn pulse voltage test and withstanding voltage test, and treated with advanced vacuum pressing impregnation(VPI), so the motor has good and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance. The squirrel cage rotor is manufactured by advanced cast aluminum technology, the bearing has two forms including a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing, depending on the motor power, frame, and speed. The protection class is IP54, which also can be IP55 or others under the customer's requirement.
